The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig duo and spices. All linens are provided along with 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon, a large umbrella, and a cooler. (Bring your own beach towels.) A full-size washer and dryer are in the condo for your use and Smart TVs in each room have Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ included.
