Cancel up to 30 days before check in for a $300 cancellation fee. Cancellations after 30 days will not be refunded. We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

What about parking?
You can park up to 2 vehicles in Grand Panama’s private covered parking garage. There is a $50 resort fee that includes wristbands and a parking pass for one car that is good for your entire stay. A second parking pass is $30. If you have a 3rd car, there is a public paid lot a half-mile from the resort at 11117 Front Beach Road.
We arrive at noon but check-in isn’t until 4. Can we go ahead and use the pool or go to the beach?
Yes! You can pre-register with the front desk on arrival to get your parking pass and wristbands. There are large, clean bathrooms behind the beachfront tiki bar that you can use to change if needed.
When is check-in and check out?
Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am.
How do we get the key to the condo?
Our condo is equipped with an electronic lock. You will be sent a unique door code with your check-in instructions that is good for the length of your stay.
Can we check in early?
We have an amazing team and they let us know as soon as the condo is ready for the next guests. If early check-in is available, I will text you as soon as the condo is ready for your arrival. In most cases, we are not able to arrange for early check-in in advance.
We won’t arrive until after 10 pm. Can we still check in that late?
Yes. Grand Panama has a 24-hour security staff. Upon arrival, call or text the number provided in your check-in instructions and the security staff will have your pre-registration packet including parking pass and wrist bands. Link to pre-register will also be included in your check-in instructions.
What small appliances are provided in the kitchen?
A Keurig Duo coffee maker (uses K-cups or grounds), blender, hand mixer, toaster, and can opener are available for guest use.
Do I need to bring my own sheets or towels?
We provide all linens: sheets, extra blankets and pillows, bath towels, washcloths, and dishcloths. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
Do you have a crib for my little one to sleep in?
Yes, we have a pack ‘n’ play available for guest use along with a high chair/booster seat, kid-friendly plates and sippy cups.
What beach items are included?
A beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, and a soft-sided cooler are provided for use. And occasionally, someone leaves beach toys behind!
Are there hairdryers in the bathrooms?
Yes. There is a hairdryer in each bathroom. We also provide starter toiletry items like shampoo, soap, and toilet paper.
